UK Raffle

Further to my request for supporters in the UK to try and sell raffle tickets to help Jo raise more money for Parc it would make things a lot easier if anyone wanting to support just sent five pounds to Jo and she will enter the tickets into the draw for you. If you want them in different names just let her know when you send the five pounds.
PLEASE SEND TO:

I cant stress enough how fantastic it would be to raise some funds at the moment. I have just sent a cat (PICTURED) to Germany (no one wants them here for obvious reasons). This cost Parc 204 euros. This included costs for standard vaccines, rabies, microchip, flight and travel costs (getting the cat to Larnaka) and the travel bag. The new owners are asked to contribute 70 euros this means that the cost to home one kitten/cat to Parc is 134 euros. This is on top of all the money we need to feed 150 animals every day and to meet our Veterinary bills. We are neutering between 2 and 300 cats each year as well as paying for sick and injured animals to be treated.
You may ask if it was worth it for one cat. I too ask this but this cat was found at the Monastory where there are over 60 cats. She was young, very friendly and obviously distressed as she had clearly been dumped there by someone who had made her a pet and then couldn't keep her. She was not a feral kitten and to leave her in the large group would have been cruel beyond belief. Dr. Maria spayed her and then held on to her until we could find someone to give her a proper home.
SO WAS IT WORTH IT? DAMM RIGHT IT WAS!!!LOOK IN HER EYES AND TELL ME IT ISN'T WORTH SAVING A CAT.
