Sponsors wanted!

Two wonderful British Veterinary Nurses, Jo Welsby and Student Nurse, Stacey Barlow, are raising money for Parc and Sirius Dog Sanctuary by 'Going to Gaol. They will spend the night of 8th March in a cell in haunted Derby Gaol. They work at Ian McConnell's Veterinary Practice in the UK but come to Cyprus on a regular basis to do voluntary work with the animal welfare organisations. Parc will be delighted to welcome them in April and we will have great pleasure in showing them the animals that we have rescued and care for as well as introducing them to many of the animals that we have re homed. Already Jo and the team have had 800 pounds pledged by people in Britain. Of course we in Cyprus are trying to do our bit. If you would like to sponsor Jo and Stacey please telephone Ruth on 99961157 for a sponsor form or to make a pledge.
In the present economic climate it is extremely difficult for all of us so help from the UK is more than welcome. We would like to match what Jo raises pound for pound. Please try and help. We are not asking for vast sums (although it would be very nice!) but every single euro adds up. A jar of bronze coins will quickly make 5 euros and we appreciate everything. Remember every penny donated goes directly to helping the animals in need. No money is paid for work or administration. Thank you.
